In this workshop you will be introduced to EFT in accordance with the official guidelines originally laid out by Gary Craig.  These include:-

• Explanation of the background and ethos of EFT
• The “Discovery Statement”
• Psychological Reversal
• The Set-Up structure
• The Basic Recipe
• The two levels that EFT works on
• Aspects
• Film Technique
• Personal Peace Procedure
• Practical, Hands-on, Sessions - LOTS!

To ensure that you understand what you are learning and how to use EFT in practice, there will be plenty of role-playing.  One thing I can definitely guarantee; you will have an awful lot of FUN!  

What You Will Learn

EFT Foundation

This is the Foundation Level of EFT.  At this level you will become fully competent to use EFT on yourself and others for many every-day problems like headaches, fears and phobias, anger, stress and other physical and emotional upsets, with confidence.  

Level one is also necessary as a preliminary course or those wishing to progress further and become a Practitioner .
