To ensure that you understand what you are learning and how to use EFT in practice, there will be plenty of role-playing. One thing I can definitely guarantee; you will have an awful lot of FUN!
This is the Foundation Level of EFT. At this level you will become fully competent to use EFT on yourself and others for many every-day problems like headaches, fears and phobias, anger, stress and other physical and emotional upsets, with confidence.
Level one is also necessary as a preliminary course or those wishing to progress further and become a Practitioner .
